Gentle Movement offers more than just yoga - it’s a space to reconnect, recharge and move with intention. Alongside my regular studio classes I host a variety of workshops and events, including one day retreats, pre & postnatal workshops, Mother’s Day gatherings and meditation and pranayama sessions.
Each offering is designed to meet clients where they are, blending strength with softness, movement with stillness and community with deep personal connection.
Whether you’re stepping into motherhood, seeking a moment of stillness or craving a day of nourishment, these workshops and events provide the space to slow down, tune in and receive.
Studio Classes
My studio classes are designed to support students in moving with ease, strength and intuition. Whether it’s a powerful Vinyasa, finding stillness in Yin or embracing the subtleties of Gentle yoga, each session invites students to move in a way that feels right for them.
With deep understanding of pre & postnatal needs and experience in working with injuries, my classes offer thoughtful modifications and guidance to ensure a safe and empowering practice for every stage of life.
Private Sessions
My Private Yoga Sessions for pre & postnatal women provide personalised support for your changing body and evolving needs. Through mindful movement and gentle strengthening, these sessions help you feel more comfortable, connected and confident in your body.
We start with a free Zoom Connection Call to discuss your specific needs, ensuring each session is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy, birth preparation and postpartum recovery.
