
Limber Mammas
Join us at Limber for Limber Mamas - a gentle and supportive 5-week course designed specifically for postnatal mums (6+ weeks post birth) who are ready to begin reconnecting with their bodies and building strength in a safe and thoughtful way, all with bub by your side.
Each week includes:
Monday Pilates with Lily | 10:30–11:15am
Focused on rebuilding core strength, posture and stability with your little one close by.
Wednesday Yoga with Maddy (Gentle Movement) | 10:30–11:15am
Intentional yoga classes that focus on reconnecting to the pelvic floor, core recovery, mobility and rest through specific themes each week. Every class will hold space for you to move with your little one as their needs ebb and flow throughout the session.
Once you've signed up, you will automatically be added to each of the classes over the 5 weeks and we will also invite you to stay back after each class for a relaxed tea and chat—a chance to connect with other mums in a warm, welcoming space.

HELD: Yoga for Mother & Baby
Introducing Held - a sanctuary for mothers to be supported, seen, and nurtured as they rediscover themselves through movement, breath, and connection. This postpartum and mums & bubs yoga program is a soft place to land, where strength is rebuilt gently, and the profound journey of motherhood is honoured with tenderness and care.
The postpartum period is a time of immense change and movement can be a powerful tool for healing, connection and self-care.
This 5 week postnatal yoga journey with Maddy, is designed to bridge that gap, offering a holistic, community focused space for new mothers and their babies. in each class, Maddy integrates core recovery, breathwork, mindful movement and deep rest, all the while making space for the realities on motherhood like feeding and settling.

Rest & Receive - A Workshop for Mothers
Join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, grounding Pilates, restorative yoga, and nourishing self body massage - designed to support mothers in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and inner quiet.
We’ll close with a tender journaling practice: writing a love letter to yourself, to hold onto for the days you need reminding of your strength, softness, and worth.
A sacred pause to rest, receive, and return home to you.
