Dear Mama,

This is your invitation to come home to yourself. To soften. To breathe. To be gently held in a space created just for you.

Join us for a heart-led afternoon of movement, stillness, and self-care. This is a tender celebration of the incredible work of mothering, in all its forms.

We’ll begin by awakening the body through 30 minutes of nourishing Pilates, lovingly guided by Lily, owner of Limber CO Studio. This grounded, fluid sequence will help you connect to your strength and centre, gently warming you into the practice. From there, Maddy of Gentle Movement will guide you through 30 minutes of gentle movement and restorative yoga, inviting softness, release, and deep surrender. Expect long, supportive holds and tender transitions to ease the body and calm the nervous system. You’ll then be lovingly led through a 10-minute self body massage. A simple but powerful ritual to reconnect with your own touch, and take home tools for ongoing self-nourishment.

To close our time together, we’ll hold space for a quiet reflection, where you’ll be invited to write a love letter to yourself. A keepsake to return to whenever you need a reminder of your strength, softness, and worth.
